The reception staff said in a loud voice “She and He complaining that their room isn’t ready” which we found to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We had been travelling for 18 hours and we were exhausted. We had our 88 year old mother with us and her room wasn’t ready either. Room not ready, had to wait approx 2 hours to get our accommodation. Reception Staff Rude, Unhelpful and very unfriendly.
